When we started our career only passion was to earn money because most of us are not born with a silver spoon. We first have to meet our financial responsibilities whether we like the job or not. But the advantage that we have is that meeting our responsibilities makes us a professional and that professionalism brings us closer to our dream job.  Like it did for me and a lot of other friends I know.  So it doesn’t matter if you are a student, a home-maker or a person stuck in a job that you don’t like. Today I’ll tell you a step by step procedure of how to find your dream job while you earn money. So in today’s we are going to discuss how to find out who you are? And how to figures out what your dream job is? So figuring out who you are, professionally or even personally is a 3- step procedure.

Step 01: Get a job. Any job that the reason why I am asking you this is because a job teaches you a lot of things, like teamwork, meeting deadlines, professionalism, drafting malls, presentations skills, etc. but most importantly it teaches you something that’s not taught in our colleges and that is how to talk to the opposite gender without shaking inside. 

Step 02: List your strengths and weaknesses. What will happen after you get a job? You will work and what happens to your work? It gets reviewed by your colleagues, by your bosses and that is the best way to figure out your strengths and your weaknesses.  For example, suppose you are good at following up and getting work done. That’s your strength. And maybe you are not so good at presenting your ideas.  That’s your weaknesses. So your strengths give you direction and your weaknesses tell you what you need to work on. So take your appraisals seriously, talk to your colleagues because they know more about your style of work than you do, look at the work you have done in the past, and make a list of your strengths and your weaknesses because these realizations help you figure out who you are.

Step 03: Ask yourself the IKIGAI questions. IKIGAI is a Japanese concept. It means “A reason for being” “A reason to wake up every morning” (It’s Fancy Stuff) But It’s as real as it gets because to find the IKIGAI you need to answer these 4 questions. 

At the intersection of these quotes is your IKIGAI. Now, these look super simple but these questions are so difficult to answer. You might be wondering. I like to travel, watch movies, spend time with my family, but who will pay me for it? That’s what even I thought initially but the more you do point #3 of our next section the easier it gets to answer these questions. But note down these 4 questions. Because in your journey of finding your dream job these questions will help you think in the right direction. Now, while you are discovering or creating your personality. You can also figure out what your dream job is.

Discovering your dream job is also a 3-step process.

Step 01: Make a list

Make a list of the job that you like CA, Engineer, Doctor, Lawyer, Teachers, and Civil Services. Most of us know only these jobs. So here are the things that will help you make a list. 

Step 02: Learn those Skills

Now that you have a list of professions and skills that you are interested in go out there and learn them. Attend workshops, get certifications, attends classes. Do whatever you can to learn.

Step 03: To get into a relationship

To get into a relationship with multiple jobs. Don’t get too excited. Now suppose your list says, I want to be a Web developer, I want to be a photographer, I want to be a stand-up comedian. But you don’t have to marry right away. Just pick one and get into a committed relationship for a couple of months to see where it goes.  See, all the jobs are tough but we need to figure out which process will we enjoy? Now you might be thinking, who will go out and do so much hard work? But see, you can sit home, watch all the TED talks you want, make all the excel sheets you can but all of this be useless unless you go out there and try it. So instead of quitting your job, look for mini learning opportunities, volunteer work that you can do in your spare time, and if you don’t like that job, cross it off your list. Until you reach the job that you’d like to marry at least for a few years. I think by now you would’ve figured out that finding your dream job is a journey and here are a few things that will help you in that journey.

1) Financial Knowledge:  You need to know how to save your money, how to invest your money so that when you finally decide to quit your job you at least have 4-5 months of your income as savings. So that you are comfortable in case your dream job pays slightly less in the beginning. 

2) Exercise: Our body is capable of doing “X” amount of work and if all that energy is going in your existing job then how will you find your dream job? By increasing the efficiency of your body through exercise and eating right.  I am not asking you to build biceps but walking, running, cycling, or playing any sport for 30 minutes every day will give you crazy energy that you can invest in getting closer to your dream job.

Mutual Funds collect money from people like us, Rs. 500 hundred for me,  Rs. 500  For you, and create a money pool. A funds manager then uses this pool to invest in stocks, Bonds, assets etc. We don’t have to worry about where it is being invested. Because the fund manager takes care of it. For a commission of 01% or 02%.  If you want to invest long term, Mutual funds are a great option because instead of sitting idle, your money will go earn for you.  But how can I be sure that mutual fund will not run away with my money? Mutual Funds are regulated by SEBI. (Securities and Exchange Board of India) So running away is highly unlikely. However, If you chose a bad fund manager then he lose your money by investing in bad stocks. I’ll tell you what to do so that doesn’t happen. First, let’s find out the different types of mutual funds available. 

1. Equity Funds -: These mutual funds invest shares, stocks of companies.  They are considered high risk, but they also give high returns. 

2. Debt Funds -: These Mutual funds invest in Debt instruments like debentures, Government bonds.  They are safe investments but their returns are also less. 

3. Hybrid funds -: They invest in both equity as well as Debt.  Maybe 50%-50% or 70%-30%. Their aim is to give you moderate returns at moderate risk. Then there are Sector Funds, Gilt Funds, and Tax Savings Funds Etc.   Which are pretty easy to understand, but for now, let’s stick to the basics 

I think the reason why we don’t invest in Mutual Funds is that there are so many in the market; we don’t know which one to pick!

So before you chose a Mutual fund invest in remember these 5 points. 

1. If you want to invest short-term say 1 year or 2 years then don’t choose equity funds. Chose debt funds. Because they are low risk than equity plus they give more returns than a bank.

2. If you want to invest Long-Term, there are 2 options a) Lump-Sump and b) SIP. Lump-sum is when you give a huge amount, say 1 lakh rupees, all at the same time. And SIP is a systematic investment plan. Where you chose to say Rs. 1000 or Rs. 2000 and Every month that amount will directly move from your savings account to your MF account.  If you are new to mutual funds, SIP is the best option. 

3. Now which mutual fund to pick? They will be categorized into 3 types. 

Large-Cap schemes invest in big companies that are already well established. So the risk is less. Mid-Cap Schemes come with Moderate Risk, But Moderate Returns.  And Small-Cap Schemes invest in even smaller companies. So they come with High risk but returns will also be high. If you are new to mutual funds. I would suggest that you pick a mutual fund that falls in the Large-Cap Scheme. 

4. Before selecting a mutual fund, these are the parameters that you must check. 

5.  There is something called Index Funds.  In these, you don’t need a fund, Manager in between, so the expense ratio is very less. There is an investment advisor called Javed Tadavi and he strongly suggests that if you are new, just buy NIFTY50 and Sensex index funds, and personally, this is what I have invested in.  So there were the 5 things that you must keep in mind before you pick a mutual fund.

1. Select the mutual fund you want to opt for based on the 5 things that we’ve just discussed now. 

2. Figure out how much money should you invest in SIP every month to meet your financial goal. For that, we will use a SIP Calculator. Suppose in the next 15 years, you want to make 1 cr. Rupees. The average expected rate of return for any mutual fund is around 16%. Then click on Calculate. So you need to invest around 13k every month for the next 15 years, to make 1 cr. rupees. Now you can even use the return value calculator. In this calculator, we will first enter how much money you can invest in every month.  Let’s assume it’s Rs. 2000/- Let’s also assumes that you will invest it for the next 10 years. As we know the average expected rate of return for a mutual fund is 16%. Click on calculate.  Now this means, that when you invest Rs. 2,40, 000/- Your expected accumulated wealth will be around Rs. 6 lakh. And that will happen if you invest Rs. 2000/- for the next 10 years. 

3. The third thing you need to start a mutual fund account is a PAN Card which is KYC Compliant.  And finally, after doing these 3 things, you can either go to that mutual fund’s Branch office or you can visit their website.

What exactly happens in the brain when you watch porn? Watching porn causes the brain to secrete large amounts of a substance called dopamine. It gives you a pleasant sensation. The fact is that no matter what you do, the brain secretes this substance. It inspires you to do it over and over again. Watching porn releases dopamine that makes you want to watch more porn. But it turns out that the more you watch porn, the less your brain's ability to respond to this substance.

Naturally, more dopamine is needed to experience the same level of happiness. I mean, I had to watch more porn to get that much pleasure. It's so bitter. This is a vicious cycle. This is exactly what happens in the brain of a person who is addicted to alcohol or cocaine. So, in the beginning, the one who gets a 'kick' in two pegs has to take three pegs, then four pegs, then five-six pegs to become 'hi'.This is called a click. The same goes for porn. But is he addicted to porn? Will it result in compulsive sexual behavior? This is the real key point.

Humor is not just because addicts are addicted to drugs; So they desperately want those foods, they can't live without them, so they take them. The same thing happened with porn. The people who took part in this experiment said that they want to see more blue films, but they did not say that they enjoy watching them! Let's just say that they keep watching those movies with some inexplicable urge. That's what makes them addicted to porn, let's say. But does that mean they are addicted to watching porn? To know the difference between a habit and an addiction, one must first look at what an addiction is.

According to Dictionary.com, addiction is a habit, but a habit that is difficult to break. It is almost impossible to stop it. Another specialty of addiction is that if you do not get what you are addicted to, it results in a huge mental trauma. From this point of view, the craving for porn comes somewhere between habit and addiction, more serious than a habit but not as bad as addiction.

The difference between porn click and Compulsive Sexual Behavior (CSB) should also be explained here. Symptoms of CSB include an intense urge to have sex, constant sexual thoughts, loss of control of mind, and impairment at work or in the community. Clicking on porn can result in CSB. The American Psychiatrist's Association classifies mental illness and publishes it from time to time under the title 'The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders'. The most recent version (DSM-5) was published in 2013. It does not include CSB. This means that CSB cannot be called a mental illness. So there is no question of calling porn a mental illness. Experts also disagree on whether what is called hypersexuality or sexual addiction can be called mental illness. DSM-5 does not include sexuality or sexual addiction.

So let's say that porn is addictive (at least for the sake of this article) without the wording of perversions, diseases, addictions, habits, compulsions, etc. Enough is enough for us to conclude that continuous dopamine secretion may be the cause of this condition. Teenagers between the ages of thirteen and nineteen watch a lot of porn around the world because porn is free and easily available on the Internet. A study conducted by the Indian Market Research Bureau a few years ago found that adolescent boys and girls in India.

The number of girls was not small but thirty percent. The human brain develops by the age of twenty-five. This part of the brain, especially the prefrontal cortex, is not fully developed. This is the 'conscious' part of the brain. It plays a role in controlling our behavior. So children are more likely to do irrational things when they are teenagers.

Therefore, special care is needed in their case. It is impossible to keep these children away from watching porn. Therefore, parents should explain to them that it is a form of deception to communicate with them and watch them on the internet, instead of intimidating them and forbidding them to watch porn. It should be borne in mind that this is one of the false promises of weight loss drugs without advertisements.

The beauty of pornstars appearing on the internet is often the alchemy of plastic surgery, they have to be convinced that their long-running career is a fabrication of the camera. Otherwise, along with other possible side effects of porn, they are also more likely to develop a complex about their own bodies.
(In short, parents should communicate with their adolescent children in a friendly manner. They should be given sex education in the course of the chat, so that children do not get distracted by watching porn. On the contrary, by understanding scientific information, they will realize the ins and outs of the subject and will be able to live life more responsibly and efficiently.

An 80-year-old man was sitting on the sofa in his house along with his 45 years old highly educated son. Suddenly a crow perched on their window.

The Father asked his Son, "What is this?"

While the little child asked him 23 times "What is this", the Father had felt no irritation in replying to the same question all 23 times and when today the Father asked his Son the same question just 4 times, the Son felt irritated and annoyed.

If your parents attain old age, do not repulse them or look at them as a burden, but speak to them a gracious word, be cool, obedient, humble, and kind to them.

Be considerate to your parents. From today's say this aloud, "I want to see my parents happy forever. They have cared for me ever since I was a little child. They have always showered their selfless love for me.

They crossed all mountains and valleys without seeing the storm and heat to make me a person presentable in the society today". Say a prayer to God, "I will serve my old parents in the BEST way. I will say all good and kind words to my dear parents, no matter how they behave.
